铁催化生物质基呋喃化合物加氢脱氧过程的研究

摘要
糠醛和5-羟甲基糠醛是两种重要的生物质基呋喃化合物,它们的加氢脱氧反应近年来受到研究人员的广泛关注。目前这些反应的催化体系还是以贵金属为主,发展高效的非贵金属基催化体系是目前的研究热点之一。~([1])近期,我们发现非均相铁基催化剂可以有效的催化糠醛和5-羟甲基糠醛的加氢脱氧反应。~([2])以糠醛为原料时,糠醇的选择性最高可达83.0%,此时糠醛的转化率为91.6%。以5-羟甲基糠醛为原料时,2,5-二甲基呋喃的产率接近100%。这些发现证明非均相铁基催化剂可以实现生物质的一些重要转化。
Furfural(FFA) and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF) are important biomass-derived furanic molecules, and their hydrodeoxygenation(HDO) attracted much attention by worldwide researchers recently. However, the catalyst systems used in these reactions were generally based on noble metals, and it is still desirable to develop an efficient, nonprecious metal based catalyst system. More recently, we reported the HDO of FFA and HMF over heterogenenous iron catalysts. Under the optimal reaction condition, a FFA conversion of 91.6% was achieved with a FOL selectivity of 83.0%. In addition, quantitative conversion of HMF to DMF was achieved with high selectivity. These findings pave the way for achieving biomass conversion through heterogeneous iron catalysis.
