摘要
高效液相色谱与共振瑞利散射联用(HPLC-RRS)(见图1)方法兼具高效液相色谱的高选择性和共振瑞利散射的高灵敏度,常用于复杂样品的分析,如抗生素~([1-2])、蛋白质、局部麻醉药~([3])、治疗抑郁症药物~([4])等。课题组系统地研究了柱后反应温度,酸度,管路长度,流速,反应物输入顺序一系列影响因素,并致力于通过改装仪器,如反应池体积大小,光源采用激光等方法来提高该联用方法的灵敏度,最终能有效拓展其应用范围。
High performance liquid chromatography coupled with resonance Rayleigh scattering(HPLC-RRS)(Fig.l)method integrates high sensitivity of RRS and high selectivity of HPLC,it is usually applied in the analysis of complex samples,such as antibiotics~([1-2]),proteins,local anesthesia drugs~([3]),drugs of treating depression[4] and so on.A series of factors,such as the post-column reaction temperature,acidity,the length of reaction tube,flow rate,reactant input sequence have been systematically researched and discussed in our previous works.Furthermore,our group is dedicated to refit the instrument,such as the size of the reaction cell volume,laser light source,which may improve the sensitivity of the HPLC-RRS and can effectively expand its range of applications.
