双子型缬氨酸二肽超分子凝胶的制备及其性能研究

摘要
通过十二亚甲基-1,12-双(N-L-缬氨酸)的制备及其与L-缬氨酸吡啶的缩合偶联,制备了基于缬氨酸的双子型二肽超分子凝胶因子。采用FT-IR和~1H NMR对凝胶因子的结构进行了表征,并通过SEM、TEM、XRD和流变仪等手段系统研究了凝胶因子在乙醇/水、二甲基亚砜/水、甲醇/水等混合溶剂中的自组装行为。同时,探索了乙酸锌、乙酸铜、乙酸镉、硝酸铁对凝胶性能及其自组装体系的影响,凝胶因子能够迅速在乙酸锌存在下形成凝胶(t<2s),乙酸铜存在下的凝胶体系能够在室温下发生凝胶-凝胶相转变。系统研究了金属离子触发的快速响应性,金属凝胶相转变的动力学特性、组装机理等。
Gemini valine derived supramolecular gelator based on 1,12-bis(N-(6-pyridiumhexanoyl)-L-valine)dibromide and N-(4-Pyridylmethyl)-L-valine was prepared via the condensation coupling process. The gelator was characterized by FT-IR and ~1H NMR for the confirmation of structure, and FE-SEM, TEM, XRD and rheological measurements were conducted for the investigation of the different self-assemblies of the gelator in mixed solvents including ethanol/water, DMSO/water and methanol/water. Moreover, the influences on these self-assemblies with the addition of zinc acetate, copper acetate, cadmium acetate and ferric nitrate were studied. The gel was constructed rapidly(t<2s)with the addition of zinc acetate, and the gel with the presence of copper acetate exhibited remarkable gel to gel phase transition at room temperature. The fast responses, dynamic properties and mechanisms for self-assembly of the gelator along with metallic ions were systematically discussed.
