改性聚合MDI在聚氨酯高回弹泡沫中的应用研究

摘要
研究了改性剂和改性方案对异氰酸酯组分黏度和高回弹泡沫性能的影响,确定了改性方案,并考察了改性聚合MDI对高回弹泡沫力学性能、环保性能和外观的影响。结果表明,采用复合改性剂对聚合MDI按方案II进行改性,并将该改性聚合MDI与TDI和聚合MDI掺混,当改性聚合MDI质量分数为15%时,所得异氰酸酯组分黏度适中,由其制备的高回弹泡沫在力学性能、环保性能和外观等方面均有所改善。
The effect of modifiers,modified schemes on the viscosity of isocyanate and the properties of high resilience polyurethane foam was studied.And the modified scheme was determined.The effect of modified polymeric MDI on the mechanical properties,environmental properties and exterior of HR PU foam was studied.The results showed that,modified polymeric MDI,which was modified by complex modifiers by scheme Ⅱ,could prepare isocyanate with a moderate viscosity,while the ratio of modified polymeric MDI was 15%in TDI and polymeric MDI.The mechanical properties,environmental properties and exterior of HR PU foam were improved.
