基于简化模型的汽车前端结构优化改进

摘要
在车体耐撞性安全设计时,需要对车身前部关键部件进行材料、厚度以及结构特征的优化。采用基于有限元碰撞简化模型优化改进方法,有效地实现了刚度匹配,提高了分析优化效率。将优化改进的结果进行整车碰撞仿真,保证了优化结果的一致性,较好的提高了该车型的碰撞安全性,有效指导了工程设计。
During crashworthiness design of vehicle body,optimizing materials、thickness and structure features of the front-end structures is necessary.Using finite element crash simple model to optimize and improve crash safety can increase efficiency largely.The result of analyzing the optimized plan which obtained from simple model by total crash model proves reliable.Optimized plan markedly enhances crash safety of the vehicle.The simple model optimizes method guides engineering design effectively.
