车用新型碳纤维后防撞梁的制备与研究

摘要
本文以环氧树脂(5082)作为基体,T300碳纤维织物作为增强相,依据碳纤维复合材料的可设计性,按照承载和载荷的方向进行合理铺层,对传统后防撞梁结构进行优化设计,采用VARI成型工艺制备后防撞梁,并对其与金属材质的后防撞梁进行了对比和分析。结果表明,碳纤维后防撞梁充分利用碳纤维材料的高强度高模量,提高其结构的强度和刚度,在实现减重达60%的同时,使油箱的塑性变形量锐减90%,体积变化率减小18%,比金属材质的后防撞梁对油箱的保护效果更好,提高了碰撞安全性能。
This paper contains epoxy resin(5082) as matrix and T300 carbon fiber cloth as reinforcement,because of carbon fiber composites being designed.According to the direction of loading,reasonable layer setting up and optimization design to traditional rear impact beam being applied.And the research on preparation of rear impact beam by VARI molding process carrying out,the comparision between metal material impact beam and carbon fiber rear impact beam being analyzed.The results show that the carbon fiber rear impact beam make full use of high strength and high modulus of carbon fiber material,increasing the structural strength and rigidity,in reduction amounted to 60% at the same time,can make the tank plastic deformation dropped 90 percent,the volume change rate decreased 18%,improve the safety performance of the collision.
