氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂的结构与性质

摘要
低共熔溶剂是由氢键受体与氢键供体组成或由季铵盐与金属盐类物质组成的一类新型绿色反应溶剂,具有制备简单、价格便宜、可降解性,被广泛应用于有机合成、材料制备和气体分离等领域[1-3]。本文以氯化胆碱和酚类(苯酚、对甲酚、对氯酚和对硝基酚)为原料,按氯化胆碱:酚=1:2(摩尔比)合成了氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂,采用FT-IR光谱研究了氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂的氢键相互作用,考察了酚对位取代基的电子效应对胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂微观结构的影响;测定了氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂298.15-323.15 K的密度、黏度和折光率等性质,探讨了氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂氢键相互作用强弱对上述性质影响,并对氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂的结构-性质的关系进行初探。结果表明,酚对位取代基推电子能增强氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂的氢键x相互作用,从而导致体系密度、黏度和折光率的增加;反之,酚对位取代基推电子会削弱氯化胆碱/酚低共熔溶剂的氢键作用,使得体系密度、黏度和折光率呈下降趋势。
Choline-based deep eutectic solvent has gained more and more attention in chemical engineering and green chemistry due to some prominent characteristics, such as low toxicity, biodegradable, and cheap. In this study, hydrogen bonding interactions of the choline chloride-phenols deep eutectic solvents are investigated by infrared spectroscopy. Moreover, their physicochemical properties such as density, viscosity, and refractive index are measured. The relationship between structure and physicochemical property are discussed.
