结直肠癌术后放化疗联合DC-CIK的疗效观察

摘要
目的:研究和分析对结直肠癌患者采用术后放化疗联合DC-CIK进行临床治疗的效果情况。方法:随机择取我院2010年01月~2013年01月以来,在我院肿瘤科进行手术治疗的结直肠癌患者112例。按照抽签法将患者平均分成两组,即对照组患者56例,采用单纯结肠癌根治术进行临床治疗;观察组患者56例,采用术后放化疗联合DC-CIK进行临床治疗,并就两组患者的临床治疗情况进行统计学分析和比较。结果:统计学分析显示,两组患者第1年的生存率均为100.0%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者在第2年、第3年的生存率(92.86%、89.29%)均明显高于对照组患者(80.36%,67.86%)组间比较均存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用术后放化疗联合DC-CIK法对结直肠癌手术患者进行临床治疗,能够有效延长患者的生存时间,巩固治疗效果,因而是一种科学、有效、理想的临床治疗方法。
objective: to study and analysis using a combination of radiation and chemotherapy after surgery in patients with colorectal cancer DC, CIK effect for clinical treatment. Conclusion: thecombination of radiation and chemotherapy after surgery DC- CIK method for clinical treatment in patients with colorectal cancer surgery, can effectively prolong patient survival time, consolidate thetherapeutic effect, so it is a scientific, effective and ideal method for clinical treatment.
