摘要
根据2013年8月于舟山市沈家门东河菜场采集剑尖枪乌贼样本48尾,杜氏枪乌贼样本48尾,分析了角质颚长度种间差异,角质颚长度雌雄个体间差异性以及角质颚长度特征,并与剑尖枪乌贼、杜氏枪乌贼胴长和体重建立了关系。结果显示,剑尖枪乌贼与杜氏枪乌贼角质颚各部长度种间差异显著(P<0.01);剑尖枪乌贼角质颚长度雌雄间存在显著差异(P<0.05),而在杜氏枪乌贼雌雄间差异不显著(P>0.05);它们的角质颚各个长度参数与胴长呈显著的线性相关,与体重呈显著的指数关系,但剑尖枪乌贼各角质颚长度参数于胴长ML之间的线性相关性较杜氏枪乌贼的好。
According to 48 tails Uroteuthis edulis and 48 tails Uroteuthis duvauceli samples which collected in August 2013 in zhoushan shenjiamen east market, then analyzed the difference between their beak's length, the difference between male and female individuals and the characteristics of beaks, then established relationships between mantle length with body weight.Results show that there was a significant difference between Uroteuthis edulis and Uroteuthis duvauceli for all parts of the beaks(P < 0.01); there was a significant differences between male and female of the beak's length for Uroteuthis edulis(P < 0.05), but in Uroteuthis duvauceli appeared no significant difference between male and female(P > 0.05). The arguments of beak's length and mantle length showed a linear relationship, beak's length and body weight showed a significant exponential relationship.
