肾炎康复片联合桃仁四物汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察肾炎康复片联合桃仁四物汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证的疗效。方法:78例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成2组,在西药降糖降脂等常规治疗基础上,治疗组给予肾炎康复片加桃仁四物汤,观察3个月,比较FBG、2h PBG、HBA1c、BU、Scr、血清c肽(FCP)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAE)指标。结果:治疗组FBG、2h PBG、HBA1c、BU、Scr、尿蛋白的水平较治疗前明显下降,FCP有所升高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗有效率为83.33%,指标优于对照组的61.11%,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:肾炎康复片联合桃仁四物汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病气阴两虚兼血瘀证疗效明显。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shenyankangfu Tablet Combined with Semen Persicae Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes Qi Yin.weekness and bloodstasis syndrome.Methods: 78 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of conventional therapy using hypoglycemic and hypolipidemicwestern medicine, the treatment group was given nephritis recovery tablet and semen persicae decoction and was observed for 3 month. Comparing FBG, 2h PBG, HBA1c、BU、Scr, FCP and UAEindex. Results: the FBG, 2h PBG, HBA1 c, BU, Scr, urinary protein index of the treatment group significantly decreased than before, and the FCP increased. The comparison with the control groupwas statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment was 83.33%. The index was better than the control group over 61.11%. Both were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: nephritis recovery tablet and semen persicae decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes Qi Yin weekness and blood stasis syndrome have obvious curative effect.
