鳙鱼(Aristichthys nobilis)对10种饲料蛋白原料中营养物质表观消化率

摘要
为研究鳙鱼对10种饲料原料中干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总能以及氨基酸的表观消化率。按基础和待测饲料原料7:3配制实验饲料,添加0.5%的Y2O3。最后用虹吸法收集粪便放-20℃冰箱待测。结果表明:精米糠总能的表观消化率最高,而鱼粉的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和总氨基酸的表观消化率最高;酶解羽毛粉干物质、粗脂肪和总能的表观消化率最低,玉米蛋白粉的粗蛋白和小麦麸的总氨基酸表观消化率最低。10种饲料原料中粗蛋白的表观消化率整体低于总氨基酸的表观消化率。由此可见,鳙鱼对鱼粉的消化率明显较高,其次是豆粕和花生粕,两者相当;鳙鱼对植物性蛋白质源有良好利用效果的是棉粕和菜粕,适当添加从而降低成本;小麦麸和酶解羽毛粉中粗蛋白和总氨基酸的表观消化率较低,需控制使用量;实验中鱼粉、豆粕、花生粕、棉粕和菜粕都是适宜的原料,在营养水平良好和氨基酸平衡条件下,可用其它适合蛋白源部分替代鱼粉蛋白,为配置合理的鳙鱼饲料提供参考。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the digestibility of DM, CP, EE, GE and AA in 10 feed ingredients for Bighead carp. The experimental diets were consisted of 70% basal and 30% test, and added 0.5% Y2O3. The fecal were collected by siphonage. fecal into refrigerator preservation. The results: the highest digestibility of DM, CP, EE and AA in fish meal, while rice bran had the highest digestibility of GE; the lowest digestibility of DM, EE and GE in enzyme feather meal. The digestibility of CP was inferior to that of total AA in the ten feed ingredients. It is concluded that fish meal shows the best effects for fish, followed by peanut meal and soybean meal. Cottonseed and rapeseed meal are also good plant protein sources for fish. the digestibility of CP and total AA is lower in wheat, which should be cautious controlled in feed. F
