含铜类水滑石催化Glaser反应的性能研究

摘要
水滑石类阴离子黏土(Layered double hydroxides)是一种重要的层状无机材料。由于独特的结构特性,表面酸碱性和阴阳离子可调变等特性,使其在催化领域被广泛应用。我们研究了含铜类水滑石催化苯乙炔自身偶联反应生成二乙炔类聚合物。本研究利用水滑石类化合物的碱性以及催化性能,通过共沉淀方法制备铜镁铝类水滑石,并考察了其在苯乙炔自身偶联反应中的催化性能。研究发现,3Mg-Al-LDH类水滑石对催化Glaser反应没有活性,而Cu-2Mg-LDH表现出一定的催化活性,在该催化剂的催化下,苯乙炔的转化率可达51%,1,4-二苯基-1,3-丁二炔的选择性为100%。Cu-Mg-LDH类水滑石作为一种廉价的催化剂,在低温催化有机合成领域具有广泛的应用前景。
LDHs are a class of anion clays, which have attracted interest in the fields of catalysis owing to their unique structural properties like anionic exchange capacity, acid-base property. Symmetrical 1,3-diynes and their derivatives are useful motifs for the construction of complex molecules, which received great attention. In this research, co-precipitation method was utilized for the preparation of Cu-2Mg-Al-LDH catalysts. The activity of catalysts were carried out in Glaser reaction, and the results showed Cu-2Mg-Al-LDH performed excellent.
