针灸康复联合中药治疗紧张性头痛临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:研究针灸康复联合中药治疗对紧张性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将患有紧张性头痛150例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各75例,对照组给予传统延用的药物进行治疗,治疗组采用针灸康复并联合中药进行治疗,共治疗8周,疗程结束后,评定患者的头痛程度,HAMD(汉密尔顿抑郁量表)得分,且随访半年以上。结果:治疗组的总有效率,显效率分别为96%、61.3%,对照组的总有效率,显效率分别为70.6%、33.3%,两组的HAMD评分均明显降低,且治疗组较对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复联合中药治疗可有效患者的紧张性头痛及精神状况,针灸康复联合中药治疗是一种行之有效的治疗方式。
Objective: To study the traditional Chinese acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy combined with clinical efficacy of tension headache. Methods: suffering from tensionheadache 150 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, each group 75 cases, control group was given conventional continue to use drugs for treatment, rehabilitation andtreatment group received acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine treatment, were treated 8 weeks after the end of treatment to assess the degree of headache patients, HAMD(Hamiltondepression rating scale) score, and followed up for more than six months. Results: The total efficiency of the treatment group, markedly effective rate was respectively 96%, 61.3%, the totalefficiency of the control group, markedly effective rate was 70.6%, 33.3% respectively, the two groups HAMD scores were significantly lower in the treatment group compared with the controlcompared to the group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of tension headache and mentalcondition can be effective in patients with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is an effective treatment.
