摘要
基于"现代学徒制"之下,"双导师制"的研究工作在高职艺术教育当中已经得到多年的发展,但是在其发展的过程中,还存在着许多的问题,那么我们该采用怎样的方法对"双导师制"进行创新,使其能够得到健康发展,是我们应该考虑的问题。本文主要对辽宁省"现代学徒制"下高职艺术设计教育"双导师制"现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并且提出了相应的解决措施,希望能够为高职艺术设计人才培养模式的创新研究提供一些有利的参考。
Based on modern apprenticeships,double tutorial system in the research work in higher vocational art education has been development for many years,but many problems still exist in the process of its development,so we should consider how to use the method of double tutorial system in innovation.This paper mainly analyzed Liao Ning province higher vocational art design education under the modern apprenticeship double tutorial system present situation and the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding solutions,hope to be able to research for the cultivation model of higher vocational art design innovation to provide some beneficial reference.
