HFER/HBeta耦合分子筛低温催化甲醇制异丁烷的催化性能研究

摘要
以甲醇为原料,HFER、HBeta耦合分子筛为催化剂,控制反应温度285℃-300℃,产物以异丁烷为主。此反应过程分两步进行:首先,甲醇在HFER分子筛的作用下脱水,二甲醚的选择性可达到100%,无其他副产物;其次,二甲醚在HBeta分子筛的催化下,与引入体系的异构烷烃发生同系化反应进行碳链增长,当碳数达到8时会发生β-裂解反应,进而得到异丁烷。同系化反应过程会涉及到甲基化反应、异构化反应、氢转移反应与β-裂解反应。随着反应时间的延长,HBeta易积碳堵孔,异丁烷的产率会下降,而HFER具有较强的抗失活能力,后期产物以二甲醚为主。
Isobutane was generated from raw material Methanol,catalyzed by HFER and HBeta under temperature range285℃-300℃.The reaction was divided into two steps:Firstly the dehydration of Methanol was occurred by HFER catalysis,achieved 100%selectivity of Dimethyl Ether,without any byproduct generation.Secondly,Co-Homologation was occurred between Dimethyl Ether and the introduced branched alkanes by HBeta catalysis,isobutane was generated by β-scission when the number of Carbon reached eight.With increasing reaction time,the yield rate of isobutane decreased because of the catalyst deactivation of HBeta,and Dimethyl Ether became the main product,which was continuously generated by first reaction because of the high anti-deactivation of HFER.
