摘要
目前市售假药种类繁多、制假手段复杂,发展快速、原位、高效的假药识别检测方法势在必行。本文在离子迁移谱法~([1])基础上,建立了纸基电喷雾~([2])离子迁移谱分析方法,并成功用于药物的快速检测。该方法无需复杂的样品前处理,只需用适量溶剂将药物溶解后滴加于纸尖即可实现对药物的定性、定量分析,实验流程如图1(a)。以抗肿瘤药物甲磺酸伊马替尼胶囊及常见抗生素类药物为模型药物,进行了实验参数优化和方法性能评价。根据目标物的漂移时间进行定性分析,抗生素漂移时间如图1(b):通过绘制模拟药物中目标物含量与峰强度的关系图进行定量分析。结果表明,该方法能够实现对甲磺酸伊马替尼胶囊及抗生素类真假药的快速识别,其不仅拓展了纸基电喷雾的应用领域,而且为现场快速药物打假提供了一种可靠的手段。
In view of the current situation that variety of counterfeit drugs and Complex means of counterfeiting,we established a novel approach for rapid,in situ detection of drugs based on paper spray ionization coupled with ion mobility spectrometry.In this method,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of drugs can be simply realized by dropping the solution dissolved analyte on paper point without tedious sample pretreatment.The results demonstrate the capability of the PSI-IMS method for rapid detection of imatinib mesylate and antibiotic drugs.PSI-IMS is a simple,sensitive,rapid and economical method for drug anti-counterfeit.
