离子交换法制备硅溶胶工艺的优化

文章讨论以水玻璃为原料,采用正交法和回归模型优化硅溶胶制备工艺。在硅溶胶增长阶段,当硅溶胶滴加液滴加速率0.555mL/cm~3·min,反应时间7h,滴加液与底液用量比20:1时,所得碱性硅溶胶产品平均粒径在7.7~8.3 nm之间,浓缩后产品中SiO_2的质量浓度可达35%,产品存放一年未见凝胶形象,稳定性好
Taking water glass as materials,using the orthogonal method and regression model to optimizethe process.In the silica sol phase of growth,using silica sol solution dropping rate 0.555 mL/cm~2·min,reaction time7 h,dosage of liquor and liquor ratio 20:1 for the best experimental conditions.Underthese conditions the alkaline silica sol products average grain diameter is between 7.7-8.3 nm,theconcentration of SiO_2 in above 35%,products stored for one year and no gel image,and have good stability.
