术中自体血回收在神经外科手术患者中的应用分析

摘要
目的:探讨术中自体血回收在神经外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选84例行神经外科手术患者,随机均分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组据出血量补充库血,观察组行术中自体血回收,对比效果。结果:对照组无任何自体血回收量及回输量,观察组红细胞悬液应用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后血常规对比,两组患者血红蛋白及红细胞压积不具明显差异(P>0.05);结论:术中自体血回收则应用于神经外科手术可有效避免异体输血反应,降低库血需求量,节约血资源,值得推广。
Objective:to discuss the intraoperative autologous blood recovery application effect in neurosurgery patients.Method:choose 84 patients in the surgery of routine,randomly were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in the control group according to the bleeding blood supplement library,observation group with intraoperative autologous blood recovery,contrast effect.Results:the control group without any autologous blood recycled and throughput,observation group of red blood cell suspension are significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);Patients with postoperative routine blood contrast,two groups of hemoglobin and red blood cells deposited has no obvious difference(P>0.05);Conclusion:intraoperative autologous blood recovery is applied in neurosurgery can effectively avoid the allogeneic blood transfusion reaction,reduce the demand for library of blood,blood to save resources,and is worth promoting.
