脉冲磁场作用下6063铝合金凝固组织研究

摘要
本文通过脉冲磁场应用到6063铝合金垂直半连续铸造过程,实验结果表明,在6063铝合金垂直半连续过程中施加脉冲磁场,铝合金的凝固组织得到显著的细化。在未施加脉冲磁场时,凝固组织为粗大的等轴晶;当施加脉冲磁场时,凝固组织为细小的等轴晶,并且随着脉冲电压的增加,凝固组织细化越均匀。当脉冲电压增至700V、频率为10Hz时,平均晶粒尺寸从原始的2000μm减小到200μm。
PMF was realized during the semi-continuous casting of 6063 Al alloy by self-made mould with the exciting coil.The experimental results indicate that when PMF is applied to the semi-continuous casting of 6063 Al alloy,the solidification structure is refined greatly.The solidificaiton structure is coarse equiaxed without PMF.However,the fined equixaed grain structure is achieved when PMF is applied.Meanwhile,the solidification structure is more and more uniform with the increasing voltage of PMF.When the voltage of PMF is increased to 700 V,the average grain size can be decreased from 2000 μm to-200 μm.
