应用“三步法”复活低产气井XYA4井实例分析

摘要
针对XYA4井自然投产产能下降快,以及频繁发生井口冻堵现象,不能连续生产,生产中表现出无生产能力的特征,开展了低产气井治理工作。根据XYA4井火山岩气藏地质和生产动态特征,通过现场多次测试分析,得出该井无法正常生产的原因是井筒大量水合物冻堵,对此现场运用了"三步法"开井生产方案使XYA4井成功地"复活",并且实现了连续生产,截至2017年5月,该井累计产气量为2500×104m3,累计产水量为1600m3,措施效果明显。"三步法"为今后其他低产气井生产提供了有益的尝试和指导作用。
The productivity of Well XYA4 drops rapidly since putting into natural production with the frequent phenomena of freezing and blocking happened on the wellhead, resulting in discontinuous production or having no productivity. Therefore, the treatment of low producing gas well has been conducted. According to the dynamic characteristics of production and geology in volcanic gas reservoir of the well XYA4, it is found that the reason why the well doesn't work properly is the large amount of hydrate freezing and blocking in the wellbore by many testing analysis at well sites. Through application the production scheme of "three-step method", the well XYA4 resumed the production successfully, and kept continuous production. Up to May, 2017, the cumulative gas production of the well is 2500×104m3; the cumulative water production is 1600m3,and good results have been achieved. "Three-step method" can provide a useful trial and guidance for stimulating other low producing gas wells.
