基于实测载荷谱的疲劳分析方法研究

摘要
针对现有车辆零部件精确疲劳验证依赖成本高昂、周期较长的实车试验问题,将基于实测道路载荷谱的疲劳分析手段应用到零部件疲劳分析中,既可为方案优化的有效性提供可靠的验证依据,又可为故障分析、优化措施提供思路。将该方法应用于某车辆空调管断裂问题分析,在较短时间内获得了优化前后零件的应变循环参量值频次矩阵、疲劳寿命等信息。结果表明,该方法可作为汽车设计过程与测试过程中的有效验证手段。
Accurate verification of the fatigue depends on costly,long cycle of real vehicle test questions for existing vehicle components,fatigue analysis methods based on the measured road load spectrum will be applied to fatigue analysis of components,both provides reliable verification basis for the effectiveness of optimization for the program,and provides ideas for failure analysis,corrective measures.The method is applied to analysis of the vehicle air- conditioning pipe fracture problem,obtained reference value- frequency matrix,fatigue life and other information of the components cyclic strain in the old and new state in a short time.The results showed that the method can be used as effective verification means of vehicle design process and the testing process.
