摘要
在通过角度计算方向盘转速进行主动阻尼补偿电流计算的基础上,引入电机转速估算法进行辅助阻尼补偿电流计算,即采用主动与辅助阻尼相结合的双余度阻尼补偿策略来弥补角度传感器异常导致的电动助力转向系统动态性能不足。实车试验结果验证上述策略正确有效,能极大提高电动助力系统动态和安全性能,满足主机厂要求。
On the base of calculating the damp compensation current by sensor steering wheel speed which is obtained by the angle sensor,the current is also calculated by the motor rotational speed estimation.The combination of active and auxiliary dual-redundancy strategy is used to deal with the weakness of EPS dynamic performance when the angle sensor is abnormal.The results shows that this strategy is correct and valid,the dynamic and safety performance of the system is improved visibly,which also can meet the requirements of OEM.
