直升机自动倾斜器轴承试验机测控系统开发

摘要
自动倾斜器轴承试验机可真实地模拟大轴承在直升机上的运转和承载状态。试验机测控系统分为转速控制系统、液压加载系统和数据采集系统,实现了大轴承在不同飞行状态下转速和受载的自动切换,即扫谱功能。通过合理的硬件设计和软件开发,其自动化程度高,高度集成,界面友好,运行稳定,为自动倾斜器大轴承疲劳试验数据的准确性和可靠性提供了保证。
Swashplate bearing testbed can completely simulate the rotating and load status on the rotorcraft with high degree of automation and good loading precision.The hardware and software of its measurement and control system are designed,which could be divided into three subsystems named speed control system,hydraulic loading system and data acquisition system,so that the speed and loading status of the bearing between different regime of flight can be automatically switched.Through reasonable design and software development,the designed system has high automation and integrality,friendly interface and stable operation,which can provide a guarantee for the accuracy and reliability of the fatigue data for swashplate bearing.
