摘要
目的:观察分析临床护理路径在冠心病介入治疗护理中的临床价值。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2016年1月进行治疗的82例冠心病介入治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组41例和对照组41例,对照组患者采传统护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上采取临床护理路径,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行冠心病介入治疗的患者采取临床护理路径护理,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical value of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:in our hospital in 2015 2 months to January 2016 for treatment of 82 cases of patients with coronary heart disease intervention patients as the research object,were randomly divided into study group(41 cases) and control group(41 cases),control group were taken the traditional nursing mode,study group on the basis of the control group take of clinical nursing path in diameter,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results:the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical nursing pathway for patients with coronary heart disease intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
