聚合物驱套损井上返封堵工艺技术研究

摘要
为了解决聚合物驱套损井上返封堵难度较大的问题,开展了聚合物驱套损井上返封堵工艺技术研究。对多种套损井封堵工具进行实验对比,分析出各种工具的适应性,针对实验区生产实际情况,为实现对聚合物驱套损井的有效上返封堵,研制了套损井小直径上返封堵工具。通过室内实验及现场应用31井次,实现了对通径在105mm以上套损井的有效封堵,满足聚合物驱套损井上返封堵的需要。同时,优化形成了一套适用于各类聚合物驱套损井上返封堵的工艺管柱序列,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to solve the difficulties of upward plugging technology in the casing-damaged wells by polymer flooding, the upward plugging technology has been developed. The adaptability of various plugging tools for casingdamaged wells was analyzed by experimental contrast. According to the actual production situation in experiment area, the small-diameter upward plugging tools for casing-damaged wells have been developed, so as to plug the upward flow fluid effectively by polymer flooding. Through laboratory test and field application for 31 times, it can plug the casing-damaged wells whose diameter size bigger than 105 mm effectively, which meets the requirement upward plugging the casing-damaged wells by polymer flooding. At the same time, a set of technical upward plugging pipe strings series suitable for various casing-damaged wells has been developed by polymer flooding, with good prospects of application.
