波音和空客系列飞机雷达罩可允许损伤对比分析研究

摘要
可允许损伤限制(Allowable Damage Limits,ADL)是结构修理容限的下限,是飞机结构修理手册(Structure Repair Manual,SRM)或部件维修手册(Component Maintenance Manual,CMM)的重要内容,也是满足飞机结构持续适航文件要求的必要条件,还是制造出的飞机结构部件能否通过验收的重要依据。波音和空客公司是世界上两大民用飞机制造商,将其主要机型的雷达罩可允许损伤作为样本进行研究可为国产民用飞机雷达罩可允许损伤限制及相应修整措施的制定提供参考。通过对比分析波音、空客系列大型客机主要机型(B737NG、B747、B757、B767、B777、B787、A320、A330、A380)的结构修理手册、部件维修手册和飞机维修手册(Aircraft Maintenance Manual,AMM)中有关损伤的定义、雷达罩材料体系和结构型式、雷达罩可允许损伤限制值和相应的修整措施,找出两者的差异及共同点。提出在综合波音和空客系列飞机对可允许损伤相关定义和描述的各自特点的基础上,并结合国产飞机雷达罩材料体系和结构型式的具体情况,给出国产飞机雷达罩可允许损伤限制及相应修整措施。
Allowable Damage Limits(ADL)is the lower limit of the structure repair tolerance, the important content of the Structure Repair Manual(SRM) or Component Maintenance Manual(CMM), the necessary conditions to meet the requirements of the aircraft structure continued airworthiness files, and also the important basis for the manufacture of aircraft structural components can pass the acceptance. Boeing and Airbus Company are the world's two major civil aircraft manufacturers, taking their main models' radome allowable damage as samples to study can provide reference for the domestic civil aircraft radome on the determination of the radome allowable damage and the corresponding repair measures. Through comparative analysis of the SRM, CMM and Aircraft Maintenance Manual(AMM) of large aircraft main models of the Boeing and Airbus series(B737NG, B747, B757, B767, B777, B787, A320, A330, A380), find about the classifications and definitions of damage, the material system, structure type, the allowable damage limit and corresponding repair measures of the radome, summarize their differences and identities. Propose that on the basis of integrating the characteristics of Boeing and airbus series aircraft about the relevant definition and description of the allowable damage, and combine the specific situation of domestic civil aircraft radome material system and structural type, then give domestic civil aircraft radome allowable damage limit and corresponding repair measures.
