糖尿病玻璃体切割术对玻璃体腔曲安耐德的应用

摘要
目的:探讨玻璃体腔曲安耐德在糖尿病玻璃体切割术中的应用价值。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院自2012年1月-2015年1月以来收治的42例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组(n=21,术前不用曲安耐德)与观察组(n=21,术前一周注射曲安耐德),比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术中剥膜出现医源孔率(9.5%)、视网膜复位率(95.2%)与对照组(23.8%、57.1%)相比,有显著差异(P<0.05);且术后1个月最佳矫正视力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病玻璃体切割术中应用玻璃体腔曲安耐德能够改善视网膜复位情况,矫正患者视力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of intravitreal triamcinolone cutting application value in the treatment of diabetic vitreous. Methods: retrospective analysis was used to select our hospital since January 2012 January 2015 from 42 cases of diabetic retinopathy in patients with clinical data, were randomly divided to control group(n = 21, preoperative without song Ann Snyder) and observation group(n = 21, preoperative week injection Ann Snyder), compared two groups of treatment effect. Results: in the observation group treated with membrane peeling iatrogenic hole rate(9.5%), retinal reattachment rate(95.2%) compared with the control group(23.8%, 57.1%), with significant difference(P<0.05); and postoperative 1 month best corrected visual acuity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: diabetic vitreous cutting operation in application of intravitreal song Ann Snyder can improve retinal reattachment, visual acuity correction, worthy of clinical application.
