摘要
结晶器内保护渣的润滑及导热作用对连铸生产及铸坯的质量具有至关重要的影响。本文对现行保护渣性能测定的相关结果进行了总结、分析,结合保护渣在结晶器内的作用机制,指出了相关实验研究结果与结晶器内实际状况的差异。提出了一种对结晶器内保护渣作用进行模拟的实验装置构想,可同步检测不同条件下保护渣在结晶器内的润滑和导热性能。
The heat transfer and lubrication performance of casting powder in continuous casting mould have crucial effect on the quality of casting blank and continuous casting process.Some relevant results about the performance of casting powder were summarized and analyzed in this paper,and the differences between the related experimental results and practical situation in continuous casting mould were pointed out based on the casting powder's mechanism of action in the mould.A idea of experimental device was suggested to simulate the function of casting powder in mould and the device could detect the heat transfer and lubrication performance synchronously.
