摘要
以γ-Al_2O_3为载体制备Ni基催化剂,并应用于甲烷自热重整制合成气反应,采用XRD和N_2吸附等表征手段研究该催化剂的基本结构。反应工艺条件研究结果表明,升高反应温度利于甲烷转化,产物中CO比例增加,反应体系能量损失加重;增加体系中水的添加量可以促进甲烷转化,利于H_2生成,反应需热增加;增加体系中氧气的添加量可以促进甲烷转化,抑制水转化,不利于生成CO,同时减少反应需热。
