我国大高炉生产现状分析及建议

摘要
大高炉是高炉炼铁先进技术的集中体现,大高炉相对于容积小的高炉,单位炉容投资经济、能耗低、环境负荷低、劳动生产率高。2000年以来,随着钢铁需求的迅猛增加,一大批3000m~3以上大高炉在我国投入运行,在炼铁工作者的不懈努力下,大高炉的操作管理取得了突出的成绩和效果。本文通过对我国3000m~3以上大高炉的生产现状进行分析,对存在的问题提出了一些改进建议,希望能为各个企业对标挖潜提供参考,也能为各个高炉制订适宜的冶炼方案提供一些依据。
Large blast furnace,with lower investment of every furnace volume,lower energy consumption,lower environment load and higher labor productivity,is a concentrated reflection for advanced technology of blast furnace.A large amount of blast furnace larger than 3000 m3 were established in China with increasing requirement of steels since 2000,and operation and management for the large blast furnaces was improved continuously through many efforts.Production status of the blast furnaces larger than 3000 m in China are analyzed in the present work,and improvement suggestions are proposed.This work is to provide reference for benchmarking between ironmaking plants and to provide evidence for making proper production plan for blast furnace.
