非金属薄壁筒失衡量监测技术研究及其关联因素分析

摘要
非金属薄壁筒是高速回转机械装置的回转部件,其剩余不平衡质量的大小将直接影响该装置的运行及物理性能,因此,准确监测其失衡量有重要意义。但是,由于这种非金属薄壁筒采用了独特的成型工艺,给动平衡监测带来困难,需设计辅助定位工装才能对其进行动平衡监测。本文通过选型研究,确定了适用于这种非金属薄壁筒失衡量监测的动平衡机机型,设计了专用的辅助定位工装,实现了对这种非金属薄壁筒的失衡量监测。同时,建立了动平衡机的实时校准方法,保证了监测精度。在此基础上,利用灰色关联分析法,对非金属薄壁筒的加工形位误差与失衡量之间的关系进行了定性分析,确立了非金属薄壁筒失衡量的主要影响因素,为工艺优化提供参考。
The metalloid thin-walled caniste is a important subassembly of a gyration machine with high speed,its performance is decided in the initial unbalance,consequently,how to measure the unbalance exactly is very significative.However,it is very difficult to dynamic balance because of the the unique technics,so it would be necessary to design an appropriative clamp.In this paper,firstly,the method how to choose the dynamic balancing machine was built,and achieved the aim that was how to measure the initial unbalance exactly through an appropriative clamp which was designed for the metalloid thin-walled caniste.At the same time,the calibration method of the dynamic balancing machine was set up to ensure precision in this paper.On this foundation,the grey relational analysis was used for analyse relation between the geometrical tolerancing and unbalance of the metalloid thin-walled caniste.According to the grey incidence analysis result,the main factor that induce unbalance was pointed,and the molding technics of metalloid thin-walled caniste will be optimized.
