电工钢片磁致伸缩测量研究进展

摘要
本文系统研究了电工钢片磁致伸缩测量方法。在国家质检公益性行业科研专项项目资助下,我们基于激光多普勒测振仪和单片磁导计,建立了一套高准确度的电工钢片磁致伸缩测量装置。实现了电工钢片的磁致伸缩的准确测量,磁致伸缩系数的分辨率优于1.0×10~(-8),应力范围为±20MPa。研究了新型数字波形反馈技术、谐波分析、同步采样技术和噪声消除技术,保证了测量准确性。装置具有谐波注入和谐波分析功能,还可用于非晶带材磁致伸缩的测量。与国外测量装置的比对结果显示了良好的一致性。
The measurement methods of magnetostriction of electrical steel have been investigated systematically.Sponsored by Special Fund for Quality Inspection Research in the Public Interest of China,a magnetostriction measuring system with high accuracy based on laser Doppler vibrometer and single sheet tester has been built.The magnetostriction of electrical steel can be accurately measured,the resolution of magnetostriction coefficient is better than 1.0×10~(-8) and the stress is within±20MPa.The technology of digital feedback,harmonics analysis,simultaneous sampling and noise elimination are used to ensure the measuring accuracy.The measuring system is capable of injecting and analyzing harmonics.The comparison between foreign measuring systems and us indicates good consistency.
