摘要

文章首先对设计施工一体化招标现存造价问题展开探讨,总结为资料信息误差、经济与技术缺乏结合以及专业人员素质偏低三方面。在此基础上重点探讨了工程设计施工一体化招标中相关问题的预防控制措施,从技术完善的角度来进一步解决,促进工程的造价预算结果准确性提升。
The article first discusses the existing cost of the design and construction integration bidding,summarizes the three aspects of information information error,lack of combination of economy and technology and low quality of professional staff.On this basis,this paper focuses on the prevention and control measures related to the related problems in the design and construction of the project,and further resolves it from the technical perfect point of view to promote the improvement of the project cost budget.
