川藏铁路拉萨—加查段泥石流发育特征及防治对策

摘要
川藏铁路拉萨—加查段泥石流普遍发育,对铁路选线和运营影响很大。本文通过遥感解译、现场调查和实地勘测,对研究区泥石流发育的环境背景条件、泥石流类型及其发育特征进行了系统研究。研究区共发育泥石流沟225条,坡面型泥石流122条,沟谷型泥石流沟103条;对拟建铁路有直接影响的泥石流沟83条。研究区独特的地理位置和气候条件,形成了如下的泥石流发育特征:①分布密度大,具有广泛性;②流域面积较小,汇流条件好;③堆积扇规模宏大,以混杂堆积为主;④流体性质单一,均为稀性泥石流;⑤沟谷型和坡面型泥石流均普遍发育。泥石流的防治,建议采取以防为主、防治结合的原则;积极开展泥石流灾害的预报,预防人为泥石流灾害,针对性地开展泥石流治理工作。
Debris flows are widespread in Lhasa-Jiacha section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway,as has a great influence on selection and operation of the proposed railway.The research on environmental conditions,types and development characteristics of debris flows in the study area was conducted by the remote sensing interpretation and field investigation.Results show that there are 225 debris flows,122 of which are slope debris flows and the others are gully debris flows.There are 83 debris flows have a direct impact on the proposed railway.Due to the unique geographical location and climatic conditions of the study area,the debris flows have the following development characteristics:①widespread and distribution density;②small catchment areas and good confluence conditions;③large-scale accumulation fan mainly with mixed accumulation;④all being turbulent debris flows;⑤valley and slope debris flows being common development.It is suggested that the control counteirneasure should obey the principle of "prevention and treatment integrated,mainly in prevention".So the following works should be strengthened:forecasting debris flow disaster,preventing man-made debris flow,and controlling debris flow.
