煤矸石中金属和酸根离子的静态淋溶特性研究

摘要
为了准确掌握煤矸石中金属和主要酸根离子的静态淋溶特性和释放规律,为治理煤矸石污染提供理论依据,本研究以辽宁阜新海州露天矿煤矸石为例,通过单因素实验分别考察了固液比和p H对煤矸石浸溶液中金属和酸根离子含量的影响。分别测定了p H为4、5、6、7、8,固液比为1:10、2:10、3:10、4:10和5:10时煤矸石浸溶液中钙、铜、锌、硫酸根离子和氯离子的释放量。实验结果表明,煤矸石浸溶液中的金属离子含量随固液比的增加而增加,随p H的增大而减小。煤矸石浸溶液中的酸根离子的含量随固液比的增加先增大后减小,随p H的增加而呈先增加后减小再增加的变化趋势。
In order to accurately grasp the gangue in the metal and the main static leaching characteristics and releasing regularity of acid radical ion, as to provide theoretical basis for control coal gangue pollution, In this study the Liaoning Fu Xin Hai Zhou open-pit coal mine coal gangue as the research object. The effect of solid-liquid ratio and p H on the respect of coal gangue solution content of metal and acid ions was studied by the single factor experiment. When p H were 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and the ratio of solid to liquid were 1:10,2:10, 3:10, 4:10 and 5:10, tested the content of metal and acid ions in percolation solution from coal refused.The result showed that metal ion content would increased in coal gangue leaching solution with the ratio of solid to liquid increased, and decreased with the increase of p H. Acid ion content in coal gangue leaching solution with solid-liquid ratio increases beginning increase and then drop, and with increase of p H, first it is increase then decrease and finally increase.
