大布铀矿床中段平巷布置方案优化探讨

摘要
大布铀矿床由多层平行的群脉型薄矿体组成,大部分矿体规模小、赋存范围广而分散,矿体大多为东西走向,矿体沿走向最长325 m,走向长度多在30~50 m之间。矿体厚度(水平厚度)平均1.5 m,平均产状为97°/SW∠70。在前期开拓施工过程中,中段平巷布置采用以穿脉巷为主、沿脉巷为辅的布置方式,使得生产过程中穿脉巷利用率较低,仅为60%左右;在对采场回采时还需施工沿脉巷道,导致采准工程量较大,采矿经济性偏低。针对上述问题,在矿体研究的基础上,对该矿井下部中段平巷开拓布置进行方案设计优化,采用以沿脉巷为主、穿脉巷为辅的布置方式,提高开拓巷道的有效利用率,降低采准工程量和生产成本,结果,经济效益良好。
Dabu uranium deposit is composed of multilayer parallel group of thin vein type ore bodies,most of the small scale,low grade ore bodies,the occurrence range and scattered,ore bodies mostly for east-west,ore body along the strike up to 325 m,the length of the ore body with 30 — 50 m in the majority.Ore body thickness(horizontal thickness) average 1.5 m.Mode of occurvence of ore body are 97°/SW∠70.In the early stage of development and construction process,the utilization of middle drift of layout scheme was low,only 60%;stoping was required in the construction of drift,which will cause the amount of Mining Engineering was large,and mining economy is low.Therefore,objective to current situation,on the basic research ment on ore body,the middle drift layout scheme optimization was conduicted,using mainly along the veins,vein wear supplemented layout scheme to improve the effective utilization of pioneering projects,reduce the amount of Mining Engineering and production costs,achieve better economic efficiency.
