长江中游典型湖泊不同鱼类养殖方式对浮游植物群落的影响

2015年7至9月对长江中游25个湖泊的浮游植物群落及鱼类养殖情况进行了调查。所研究的湖泊分为四组:(1)A0-1组(对照组一),无施肥投饵的水库;(2)A0-2组(对照组二),已退养的浅水湖泊;(3)A1组(鱼类养殖组一),粗放型养殖的浅水湖泊;(4)A2组(鱼类养殖组二),集约化养殖的浅水湖泊。结果显示,各组间的优势类群存在一定差异,A0-1组浮游植物丰度显著低于A0-2组、A1组及A2组,A0-2、A1及A2组浮游植物丰度间没有显著差异。各组间浮游植物群落的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数及Margalef丰富度指数均不存在明显差异。本研究表明鱼类养殖对湖泊浮游植物的丰度及优势类群会产生一定的影响。
Community structure and biodiversity of phytoplankton were investigated from July to September 2015 in 25 lakes, including four groups: control group A0-1, control group A0-2, fish culture group A1 and fish culture group A2, in the middle reach of the Yangtze River Basin. The analysis showed that the dominant species of four groups were different and the abundance of group A0-1 was significantly lower than other lake groups. There was no significant difference in Shannon-Wiener index, Pielou index and Margalef index among the four lake groups. The results indicated that fish culture could affect the abundance and dominant species of phytoplankton to some extent.
