六类脂肪族有机化合物导热率的定量构效关系研究

摘要
构建了新的结构参数N_(Ceff),△PEI,△N_(Ceff)等,收集了46个脂肪族醚类化合物液体导热率数据,采用最佳子集回归方法,得到脂肪族醚类化合物导热率多元线性回归方程:λ=0.000065 N_(Ceff)~3-0.00073 N_(Ceff)~2-0.03784△N_(Ceff)-0.00023 T(1)(n=46,R=0.9894,s=0.0024;R_(cv)=0.9870,s_(cv)=0.0027,F=473.98)方程(1)仅用结构参数N_(Ceff)的2次和3次方及ΔN_(Ceff)得到脂肪族醚类导热率回归模型。方程的计算结果与实验值相关性如图1所示。计算值与实验值的R达到了0.9894,s为0.0024W/m·K,表明回归模型有良好的拟合能力。留一法交叉验证的预测值与实验值的相关系数R_(cv)为0.9870,标准偏差s_(cv)为0.0027 W/m·K,相对偏差为1.44%。表明回归模型有良好的预测能力。
The QSPR between descriptors and thermal conductivity of 46 aliphatic ethers was performed respectively.R is 0.9894,the s is 0.0027 W/(m.K),the MRDs are less than 2%.These results showed a good correlation between experimental data and calculated values for conductivity of liquid ethers.
