摘要
目的:对高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼患者复合式小梁切除术治疗的护理进行深入的分析和研究。方法:收集我院2015年10月至2016年10月期间的60例急性闭角型青光眼患者,对这部分患者进行高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼患者复合式小梁切除术治疗,然后对患者进行良好的护理干预,并观察患者的恢复情况和并发症的发生情况。结果:本本次研究的60例急性闭角型青光眼患者,进行复合式小梁切除术60例(60眼),在术后2个月随访发现患者的眼压降低到(14.21±5.33)mm Hg,有4例患者出现了浅前房眼,经过加压包扎等治疗后全部恢复正常,有2例患者出现了眼压复升的症状,经过按摩眼球等治疗后全部恢复正常。结论:对高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼患者复合式小梁切除术治疗后进行科学的的护理干预具有良好的应用效果,可以有效减少并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复,因此可以进行临床推广应用。
Objective:to analyze and study the nursing of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma treated by compound trabeculectomy in the condition of high intraocular pressure.Methods:in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 during the 60 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma patients,this part of the patients with high intraocular pressure of acute closed angle glaucoma with compound trabeculectomy treatment,and good nursing intervention for patients,and observe the patient's recovery and complications.Results:This study of 60 cases of acute angle closure glaucoma patients underwent compound trabeculectomy in60 cases(60 eyes),after 2 months of follow-up found that patients with the intraocular pressure decreased to(14.21+5.33)mm Hg,4 patients had shallow anterior chamber of eye,after dressing after treatment,all returned to normal,2 patients had symptoms of IOP rise,after eye massage after treatment all returned to normal.Conclusion:it has a good effect on nursing intervention of high intraocular pressure of acute closed angle glaucoma with compound trabeculectomy after treatment scientifically,can effectively reduce the complications and promote early rehabilitation of patients,so it can be popularized in clinical use.
