基于某商用车型声学包优化的试验方法研究

摘要
本文主要探讨如何对现有车辆上的声学包进行优化设计改进。基于能量原理及车辆声密性要求,针对整车主要噪声源及声衰减分析,对噪声源贡献大和能量传递路径薄弱位置提出声学包装相应材料声学性能优化的设计方向,并且在实车上验证了优化后的声学包能有效地改善车内噪声水平,为商用车型声学包装性能的提升提供了指导方向。
Acomplete vehicle experiment combined with sample test by standing wave tube,which could distinguish some main sound sources of a diesel commercial vehicle and component's material acoustic performance,were applied in order to analyze the path of the cab sound package,in this paper.A direction which instructs how to promote the sound package is proposed;meanwhile the target cascading combined complete vehicle with components to optimize the inner sound package was performed through this method.
