手性有机染料分子的合成、性质及其纳米组装研究

摘要
手性有机发光分子或材料~1由于在3D成像、信息加密与存储、光电器件等领域具有广泛的应用前景,因而近年来引起了人们很大的兴趣,成为有机材料领域的一个热点研究课题。螺烯~2是一类具有螺旋手性的多环芳烃,这种独特的结构使得该类分子在包括光电材料、不对称催化等领域中显示出重要的应用前景。最近,我们课题组通过把螺烯或氢化螺烯结构与芳酰亚胺有机结合,发展了一类新型的有机染料分子,并发现它们在分子识别与荧光传感、纳米组装与细胞成像等方面具有重要用途~3。尤其是,我们最近基于螺旋芳酰亚胺,设计构建了一类手性有机染料,并由此得到了一系列自组装手性有机纳米粒子,发现该类手性有机染料及其纳米粒子都具有显著的圆偏振发光(CPL)性质。有趣的是进一步通过改变取代基性质,我们能够得到具有全色以及白光CPL的分子与纳米粒子~4。
Chiral luminescent molecules or materials have attracted increasing interests in recent years for their wide potential applications in 3D optical displays,information encryption and storage,photoelectric devices,and so on.On the other hand,helicenes with polycyclic aromatic skeleton and helical chirality simultaneously also showed some important applications in wide research areas.Recently,we have developed a new kind of organic fluorescent dyes combining hydrohelicene skeleton and aromatic imide moiety,and found that they could be applied in molecular recognition and sensing,nano-assembling and cellular imaging.Especially,we also designed and synthesized a new kind of chiral organic dyes based on the helical aromatic imides,and further obtained a series of chiral organic nanoparticles.Interestingly,we found that the chiral dyes and their self-assembled nanoparticles all displayed notable CD signals and full-color CPL properties.
