腰椎融合术术式进展

摘要
腰椎融合术自首次报道以来,在重建腰椎稳定性的手术中,腰椎融合术具有重要地位,根据手术入路的不同,逐渐出现了各种各样的术式,包括后外侧融合、后路腰椎椎间融合术、前路腰椎椎间融合术、腰椎椎间孔椎间融合术、骶前轴向腰椎椎间融合术、极外侧入路椎间融合术、360°环形融合术等。每个术式都有各自的优缺点,当选择手术方式时应综合考虑,选择合适的手术方案,而且随着融合技术以及器械的不断发展,将来会有新型的术式不断出现,来更好的解决腰椎疾病。
Lumbar spinal fusion possesses a significant position in reconstruction of lumbar spinal stability ever since its primary report. According to the surgical approach, there are various kinds of operation, such as posterolateral fusion(PLF), posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF), anterior lumbar interbody fusion(ALIF), transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF), axial lumbar interbody fusion(Axial LIF), extreme lateral interbody fusion(XLIF), 360° annular arthrodesis, etc. As there are both advantages and disadvantages for each surgery, a comprehensive consideration should be involved in the choice of surgeries for an optimum plan. With the continuous development of fusion technology and equipment, there will be a new type of surgery in the future, to better solve the lumbar disease.
