摘要
本文通过分析我国建设工程造价控制与管理的现状、存在问题,提出了对工程造价改革的几点思路。为提高工程造价管理质量,对如何加强工程造价管理和如何促进工程造价的全过程管理展开论述。加强工程造价咨询机构和工程造价队伍建设,加快建设工程造价管理体制改革以及建立完善的符合市场经济规律的工程造价管理体系等方面的见解。
This article through the analysis of the construction project cost control and management of the status quo, existing problems, put forward to the reform of the engineering cost. In order to improve the quality of engineering cost management, how to strengthen project cost management and how to promote the whole process of project cost management is discussed. Strengthen the engineering cost consultancy team construction, accelerate the reform of construction project cost management system and establishing a perfect accord with market economy rule system of engineering cost management and other aspects.
