一种基于并联T型枝节的宽阻带低通滤波器

摘要
针对高低阻抗线结构的平面低通滤波器的阻带不够宽、截止频率的2倍频或3倍频处出现寄生通带、尺寸较大的问题。本文采用高阻抗传输线单元加载并联T型枝节方法,构成带阻滤波支路,抑制了寄生通带。以7阶切比雪夫低通滤波器为例,实验结果表明,通带插损和回波损耗较小,过渡带陡峭,阻带达到了13GHz,能抑制3次谐波,滤波器体积减小了22%,实现了低通滤波器宽阻带和小型化。
In order to solve the problem that the stop-band of traditional high-low impedance micro-stripe low-pass filter is not wide enough, the additional parasitic pass band produced in 2 or 3 times frequency and the size of the filter is large. The way that a T-shape parallel branch was loaded at the side of the high-impedance transmission line unit was proposed in this paper. The T shaped branch constitutes a band-stop filter road and suppresses the parasitic pass-band. Using 7-step Chebyshev low pass filter as an example,the experimental results show that the pass-band insertion loss and the return loss are small, the excessive band is steep, and the stop-band reaches 13 GHz which reaches the parasitic pass band in harmonics frequency of 3 times, and the size of the filter is reduced by 22 percent. The requirement of broad-band and miniaturization is realized.
