芒草降解预处理工艺研究

摘要
以荻四倍体为研究对象,对其降解预处理工艺进行研究、定性定量分析酶解液的成分,为芒草降解生产乙醇提供参考。本文采用超声辅助法、以糖产量和木质纤维素组分变化两个方面对芒草预处理工艺进行研究,探讨了酸碱试剂、反应温度、料液比、反应时间等因素对预处理效果的影响。结果表明:酸预处理主要去除芒草中的半纤维素,碱主要去除芒草中的木质素,有较高糖转化率且效果较好。其最佳预处理工艺为:NaOH碱浓度为2%、反应温度为35℃料液比1:20、反应时间90 min,在此预处理条件下,芒草糖化率为31.55%。
With Miscanthus sacchariflorus tetraploid as the research object,this paper research degradation pretreatment process,qualitative and quantitative composition of hydrolyzate,preparing for the production of Miscanthus degradation.From the sugar production and lignocellulosic components change,we select the best method by this two aspects of Miscanthus pretreatment process,results showed:acid pretreatment mainly remove hemicellulose;alkali pretreatment mainly remove lignocellulose lignin which can produce more surgure.The optimal pretreatment process are as follows:2%as NaOH alkali concentration,35 ℃ as the reaction temperature,1:20 as the ratio of raw material to liquid,90 min as reaction time.Under this pretreatment conditions,Miscanthus saccharification rate was 31.55%.
