添加废弃混凝土微粉改善水泥胶砂的微观结构及力学性能

摘要
再生骨料生产过程中产生的大量废弃混凝土微粉(Waste concrete dust,WCD)给生态环境造成了沉重的负荷,因此,回收利用废弃混凝土微粉具有重要的意义。研究了废弃混凝土微粉用作水泥基材料矿物外加剂的可行性。考虑到回收的废弃混凝土微粉在品质上具有较大的差异性,制备了6种不同品质的微粉,研究其对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,并采用XRD、DSC/TC、FE-SEM等微观分析手段研究微粉对水泥水化产物和微观结构的影响。结果表明,废弃混凝土微粉加速了水泥的水化反应,增大了水泥砂浆微观结构的密实性,从而提高了水泥砂浆的力学性能。
Large quantities of waste concrete dust(WCD),a by-product manufacturing recycled aggregate,is now becoming an environmental burden.Recycling and utilization of WCD is a significant contribution to environment and sustainable development This paper studied the potential use of WCD as mineral admixture in cementitious materials.For the sake of effectively reusing WCD with different properties,six type of WCD were prepared to investigate the effects of WCD on the strength development of cement mortar.Also,XRD,DSC/TG,and FE-SEM analysis were performed to investigate the effects of WCD on the microstructure of cement mortar.The results indicate that utilization of WCD can accelerates the hydration process of cement at early age,and results in the denser and compacted microstructure,therefore increases the mechanical properties of cement mortar.
