摘要

"低慢小"目标,已经被称为下一代低技术恐怖威胁。目前,"低慢小"目标活动越来越频繁,对国家空防安全已构成严重威胁,有效发现和应对西部方向"低慢小"目标,已经成为西部履行使命任务的新常态。本文剖析了"低慢小"目标的特点,建设性地提出了采用新技术手段,并科学、合理地整合预警资源,建立一体化预警体系的对策建议。
"Low Slow Small" target, has been called the next generation of low-tech terrorist threats. At present, the "Low Slow Small" target activities more and more frequent, the national air defense security has posed a serious threat to effectively find and respond to the western direction "Low Slow Small" target, has become the western fulfillment mission task of the new normal. Analyzes the characteristices of the goal of "Low Slow Small" target, constructs the countermeasures and suggestions to adopt the new technology means, and scientifically and rationally integrate the early warning resources, and establish the intergrated early warning system.
