葡萄花储层A1井组整体压裂方案优化

摘要
物性差的葡萄花储层,由于采油井与注水井之间砂体差异大,在现有井网条件下,采用注水开发无法建立有效驱替,而造成低效开发。选取A1井组为例,通过对井组的连通状况进行整体分析,优选了压裂井和压裂层,并结合采油井和注水井的位置及最大主应力方位,计算采油井与注水井之间的有效驱替距离,优化裂缝设计参数,形成了低渗透油田井组整体压裂工艺优化方法。在外围低渗透油田推广应用了15个井组,压裂后平均单井日增油量为3.2t,累计增注量为4000m3,获得了好的措施效果。该方法对外围低渗透葡萄花储层有效动用具有重要意义。
Due to the large difference of sand body existed between producers and injectors, some Putaohua reservoirs with poor physical property could not be developed by effective flooding with water injection scheme under present well patterns, caused inefficient development. The A1 well group was chosen as an example. In this well group, the fractured wells and layers are optimized through integral analysis of connectivity for the low-efficient development well groups. Combining with the location of producers and injectors as well as maximum principal stress direction, the effective flooding distance is calculated, and the fracture design parameters are optimized. The optimal scheme of integral fracturing technology for well groups of low-permeability reservoirs has been formed. The scheme has been applied in 15 well groups of peripheral low-permeability oilfield. The average oil production of single well was increased by 3. 2t per day, and the cumulative volume of injected water was increased by 4000m~3 per day, that obtained good field application effect, which is of great significance for developing peripheral lowpermeability Putaohua reservoirs.
