整体爬升钢平台模架装备筒架支撑系统在不均匀竖向荷载作用下的承载性能研究

摘要
在整体爬升钢平台模架装备施工作业阶段,筒架支撑系统是关键承力系统,其各个筒架支撑结构与筒架支撑柱承受不均匀竖向荷载是一种常见状态。本文针对筒架支撑系统在竖向不均匀荷载作用下的弹性屈曲性能与弹塑性极限承载力进行分析。针对各筒架支撑单元承受不均匀荷载的情况,研究建议,将筒架支撑单元的受力均匀化,假定昕有筒架支撑单元都承受受力最大的筒架支撑单元昕承受的轴力,是偏于安全的处理方式;针对各筒架支撑柱承受不均匀荷载的情况,研究建议,在验算筒架支撑单元整体稳定的基础上,增加对筒架支撑柱局部稳定性的验算。
As the self-climbing formwork and scaffolding equipment with integrated steel platform is used in the concrete structure work.The framed-tube supporting system is a key structure,while the framed-tube supporting parts and columns in the system are normally bearing non-uniform vertical loads.It is suggested for the situation that the framed-tube supporting parts are non-uniformly loaded,all supporting parts will bear the same amount of vertical loads as the maximum load,which can lead to a safe result.It is also suggested for the situation that all the supporting columns are non-uniformly loaded,the local stability of the columns should be calculated on the basis of the verification to the overall stability of the framed-tube parts.
