GH3625合金管坯热挤压温度研究

摘要
利用卧式3150t挤压机对GH3625合金进行挤压管坯试验:在相同润滑条件、挤压比、挤压速度的情况下,采用不同的温度对GH625合金管坯进行热挤压开坯,并取样观察显微组织,经分析讨论得出:GH3625合金在挤压过程中易出现闷车、断裂、爆裂等异常状况;为使GH3625合金挤压过程成型性良好,并具有良好的显微组织管坯,应将加热温度控制在1150~1160℃。
We use 3150 tons horizontal extruder to carry out extruded tube bullet test on GH3625 alloy:under the situation of same lubrication,extrusion ratio and extruding rate,we cany out hot extrusion breakdown on GH625 alloy steel tube under different temperature,and take samples to observe the microscopic structure.After analysis,we make following conclusion;in the process of extruding GH3625 alloy,some abnormal situation happened,such as extrusion breaksocurring,fracture,crack;in order to make GH3625 alloy good-shaped in the process of extrusion and produce tube ballet with good micro structure,we should keep the heating temperature at 1150 ~ 1160℃.
